Determined to break patterns, stop cycles and address generational trauma? ​ Sometimes it can be hard to find your way… especially when you have experienced trauma, grief or overwhelm. You can often feel defined by your experiences, limited by the pain and how it puts you right back to where it all started. You might have been through a number of specialists or done years of analytical therapies, but still feel stuck.  In this lovingly curated course, I have done the hard yards for you. Sifting through the sheer volume of information out there, selecting a few chosen practices, modalities and activities to support you.  This course is a lifetime companion, you go at your own pace and it can be revisited as often as you wish.  Who is this course for? Anyone who has experienced trauma or grief.  You might be in the middle of something right now, or want to heal past experiences. Struggle with boundaries and/or self care. Can describe yourself as a people pleaser or are hyper independent (as you can rely on yourself but not others necessarily). Sick of unhelpful comments and projections. Want practical tools, techniques and somatic (body) lead techniques.  Fed up with the usual treatments?
