HELLO DEAR ONE. I’M ARJUNA
Clinical Naturopath & Nutritionist, Reiki Master & Founder of A Healing Intention. I'm a deep thinker, feeler, nature baby and creative.
Based in beautiful Kiama, New South Wales - the place where "the mountains meet the sea". But also offering telehealth consultations across Australia.
I specialise in supporting women in Perimenopause and beyond. Addressing women's hormonal health, gut health and complex presentations, so that they can thrive and step into their power, and potential.
The Hormonal Heritage Method is my personalised, trauma-informed approach to women’s hormone health. It recognises that your body is not malfunctioning—it’s communicating. Rather than overriding your body, this work helps you to listen to it —supporting sustainable hormone balance, emotional steadiness, and a deeper sense of self.

Not only do I work and serve as a Reiki Master, have an Advanced Diploma of Clinical Naturopathy and Integrative Natural Health, and am a qualified Nutritionist, through Nature Care College…I registered with Australia's largest natural health association - Australian Traditional Medicines Society
I too am human through and through, and have journeyed with my own traumas, shadows and healing.
Everything I preach and teach, I wholeheartedly believe in and embody.
In my own life, I’m devoted to showing up for my Self and my health - each and every day - so I can continue to grow and evolve, and serve others, to the very best of my ability.
