Bee Seen & Held - A women's Healing Retreat on the South Coast NSW Led by Arjuna Biswas Clinical Naturopath
Some seasons of life ask more of us than we have been given the resources to meet.
The Bee Seen & Held Retreat was created for those seasons — for the woman who has been holding it all together for long enough, and who is ready, finally, to put it down and be held in return.
This is a four-day immersive healing retreat on the beautiful South Coast of New South Wales — a deeply nourishing experience designed for women who are ready to slow down, turn inward and reconnect with the most important relationship they have: the one with themselves.
What This Retreat Offers
Bee Seen & Held is not a wellness holiday. It is a held, intentional healing experience — combining the clinical expertise of a trauma-informed naturopath with the ancient wisdom of somatic practice, Reiki, ceremony and the restorative medicine of the natural world.
Across four days you will be guided through:
Naturopathic and nutritional support — understanding your body's particular needs and leaving with practical, personalised foundations for ongoing hormonal and whole-body health.
Reiki and energy healing — deep, restorative sessions that support nervous system regulation, emotional release and the kind of restoration that sleep alone cannot provide.
Somatic and body-based practices — gentle, evidence-informed practices drawn from the fields of trauma therapy and nervous system science, designed to help you arrive back in your body.
Ceremony and ritual — intentional, held moments of transition, release and celebration — because some things need more than a conversation to be truly processed and released.
Nourishing whole food — naturopathically informed, seasonal, lovingly prepared food that supports your hormones, your gut and your nervous system throughout the retreat.
Nature immersion — time in the extraordinary natural environment of the South Coast NSW, which is itself a form of medicine.
Deep rest — genuine, unglamorous, necessary rest. Permission to stop. Time that belongs entirely to you.
Connection — the specific, irreplaceable medicine of being genuinely witnessed by other women who understand what you carry.
Who This Retreat Is For
This retreat is for women who are navigating perimenopause or hormonal change and feel ready for a different kind of support. For women who are exhausted by the performance of wellness and ready for something real. For women who have never been given permission to simply receive. For women at a threshold — a life transition, a season of loss or grief, a chapter that is ending and another that has not yet begun.
You do not need to have done any previous healing work. You need only to be ready to show up, as yourself, with whatever you are carrying.

Led By
Arjuna Biswas is a Clinical Naturopath, Qualified Nutritionist and Usui Ryoho Reiki Master based in Kiama, NSW. She holds an Advanced Diploma of Clinical Naturopathy and Integrative Natural Health from Nature Care College and is a registered member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society. She has supported over 400 women through hormonal transition, chronic illness and complex presentations — and created the Hormonal Heritage Method as a trauma-informed, somatic approach to women's hormonal healing.
The Bee Seen & Held Retreat is an expression of that work — taken out of the clinical setting and into the held, unhurried space that deep healing actually requires.

A note from Arjuna:
This retreat was born from the understanding that some healing cannot happen in a fifty-minute consultation. It requires time, held space, the medicine of the natural world, and the witnessing of other women who know what it is to carry what you carry. I created Bee Seen & Held because I wanted to offer that — not as a luxury, but as a necessity. I hope to hold you there.
